Information You Choose to Provide
If you contact MEDICS by telephone or email, MEDICS may receive the contact details and message content you choose to provide so the company can respond.
The website's online inquiry form and external delivery connection are currently disabled while MEDICS completes its receiving, retention, and privacy workflow. If the form is enabled later, its approved implementation is limited to a name, email address, telephone number, and broad service category. The server is designed to discard extra narrative fields rather than forward them.
Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, medical records, medication details, payer identifiers, pickup or destination addresses, or other sensitive medical information through the website form or general email. Call MEDICS to ask which approved channel is appropriate for necessary transport details. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Information Collected When You Use the Website
Hosting and Security Data
The website and its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, date and time, and security or error signals. MEDICS uses this information to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the website. Application logging is designed not to record contact-form bodies.
Browser Storage
The website uses browser storage for essential preferences such as navigation state and the visitor's analytics choice. The analytics choice expires after 365 days and can be changed by selecting Cookie choices in the footer.
Optional Analytics
The website supports a dedicated MEDICS Google Analytics configuration, but analytics remains inactive unless a MEDICS-only property is configured and the visitor affirmatively accepts analytics. When active, the implementation may record broad page categories and generalized interactions such as call-link, email-link, contact-link, service exploration, location exploration, and form events. It is designed not to send the telephone number, email address, URL query or hash, form contents, or patient/medical details in those events.
Third-Party Content Delivery
Some approved images and other website resources may be delivered through hosting or media providers. As with ordinary web requests, those providers may receive technical request information needed to deliver the resource.
How MEDICS Uses Website Information
MEDICS may use website information to:
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
- respond to a contact initiated by the visitor;
- understand and improve website use when optional analytics is enabled with consent;
- prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations or protect rights and safety.
When Information May Be Shared

MEDICS may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
The current website does not implement user accounts, public user posts or reviews, online payments, event registration, a job-application form, or Meta, LinkedIn, or Microsoft advertising pixels.
Retention
Retention depends on the system and purpose involved. MEDICS is completing a documented recipient, access, retention, and deletion workflow before online inquiry delivery can be enabled. Browser-stored analytics choices remain on the visitor's device for up to 365 days unless removed earlier.
Your Choices
You may decline optional analytics when the choice banner appears. If you accepted analytics, select Cookie choices in the footer to withdraw that choice. You can also clear site data through your browser.

Security
MEDICS uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect website information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and MEDICS does not knowingly use it to collect personal information from children under 13. Contact MEDICS if you believe a child provided information through the website.
